Flowers, Tools & Merchandise
Do you offer flower delivery?
We do not offer delivery for flowers. All floral purchases are to be made in-store at our floral market.
Can I return or exchange floral products or merchandise?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all floral purchases are final. For merchandise, exchanges may be made within 7 days for items in original condition. Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.
Is delivery available for merchandise?
Yes, we offer local delivery for our merchandise items only. Delivery fees and timelines are shown at checkout.
Botanical Bar & Cafe
Can I reserve a table at the botanical bar?
We welcome walk-ins and reservations. Please contact us via this link to book your table.
Workshops, Classes & Events
How do I book your workshops?
You can book via our workshop page & wellness class page.
What are the rates to rent your event space?

What's the cancellation policy for workshops/classes?
We require at least 72 hours notice for workshop reschedules or cancellations. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Pet Policy
We’re pet friendly in our alfresco area! For indoor access, all pets must be in a carrier to maintain a clean space for all guests. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
