Welcome to Maison Garden

These terms & conditions outline the guidelines for using our website, purchasing products, and booking our workshops or event space. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1) Workshop Booking & Cancellations

- Workshop & Wellness Class slots are confirmed only upon full payment. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited for future use. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. Maison Garden reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if necessary.

2) Event Space Bookings

- A deposit is required to secure your booking. Final balance and any additional costs are due by the agreed date made during the booking. Cancellations within 15 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Clients are responsible for any damages to the space or Maison Garden property.

3) Product Purchases (In-Store & Online)

- All products sold (flowers, tools, merchandise, homeware) are final sale unless damaged or incorrect. Perishable items like florals are not eligible for returns. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your receipt and a photo.

4) Intellectual Property

- All content, including images, text, and graphics, is the property of Maison Garden and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

5) Privacy & Data

- Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent.
