Ester and Erik's scented candle line represents a harmonious blend of superior handmade craftsmanship and delicate, refined fragrances.
Produced at the company’s factory in Denmark, the scented candles are available in eight unique variants. Each fragrance is created using natural aromatics by ester & erik’s in-house scented candle designer. The candles are housed in elegant ceramic jars, thoughtfully designed to be reused either as vases or as candle holders.
For optimal performance, the candle should burn for two hours during the first use to ensure an even wax pool forms. It is recommended not to burn the candle for more than 2–3 hours at a time, as extended use may cause the wick to shift off-center. If this occurs, the side of the jar can overheat, leading to black soot accumulation inside.
Before relighting, the wick should always be trimmed to approximately 0.5 cm. This helps reduce soot and preserves the quality of the fragrance oils. For best results, the candle should be extinguished with a snuffer rather than blown out.
To create a naturally fragrant atmosphere, light the candle one hour before guests arrive and extinguish it just prior to their arrival for a welcoming, lingering scent.
